It is my way of asking the designer and developer communities what has been the biggest hurdle you faced in wiring an Adobe Flex-based UI to a server-side infrastruture for your data-driven applications (e.g. the pain points or frustrations you had to overcome to get to your server's data)? Do you use ColdFusion, JAVA, PHP, .NET, or another back-end? Would you be interested in a book that focuses on this specific topic - a comprehensive, deep examination of any new Flex 4 features that address the issues you are facing in providing a Flex front-end with a data-intensive connection to your flavor of back-end server infrastructure?
